New Moon Foundation is a values-based organization and our mission is to provide educational & science-based programs, provide scholarships and grants that teach and support the practice of NMF core values.

New Moon Foundation intends to fulfill our mission as follows:

• “Sweet Water LLC dba Iole” was created by the New Moon Foundation as a separate legal entity dedicated to the responsible and sustainable stewardhip of our lands and buildings situated on the Iole Ahupua’a. All land related activities and programs are conducted by Iole.
• “GIVE LLC ” was created by the New Moon Foundation as a separate legal entity dedicated to the development of partnerships with like-minded organizations to locally provide values-based scholarships, enrichment programs and other programs that promote the practice of the foundation core values G.R.A.C.E.
• “New Moon Foundation Programs” is part of the New Moon Foundation and develops partnerships with like-minked organizations to globally provide values-based scholarships, enrichment programs and other programs that promote the practice of the foundation core values G.R.A.C.E.
